Vintage 10 karat white gold ring with a synthetic oval blue star sapphire and two accent diamonds. Size 7.75. Ring weighs 5 grams.Gold has been acid tested by a Goldsmith. One diamond is darker than the other. Recently had the prong replaced on one side with a tiny bit of solder visible.This is a vintage piece that has been buffed by a Goldsmith, but the band has some light marks due to use. Sold AS-IS.
