Powers on with no issues and displays correctly. The exterior is in good condition with no major damage.<br><br>The disk tray opened once during testing, but I could not get it open again. I'm unsure if it can read discs. The USB port cover on the faceplate does not have a spring and will not automatically close. <br><br>Comes with the power cord, HDMI cable, and Halo 3 branded hard drive. No HDMI cable or controller is included.
